Coaching and consultancy to help you, and people you lead, thrive

We believe that authentic leadership begins with self-reflection, flousrishes when it is self-determined and produces its greatest fruit when it is selfless in it’s pursuit of the greater good. We understand that authentic leadership is demonstrated through our own attitudes and behaviours towards others. That's why we focus on the importance of leading ourselves well, fostering positive intentions, and practices to benefit everyone we might influence.

Whether you have an impact on a family, children (your own or others), parents, wider family, an organization, a team (large or small), a group, a congregation, a choir, a community group, or even a village, our coaching or consultancy can help you become a healthier leader that means everyone can thrive.

If you only have time for one piece of development, do it on yourself.
— Sir John Whitmore (The Future of Coaching, 2007).

The hardest person to lead might well be yourself

Strange as it might seem, we think this is positive! When we appreciate that the hardest person to lead might be the person in the mirror, the work can really begin, because we are also the only person that we can actually change.

And, as Craig Groeschel says, “Everyone gets better when the leader gets better” so the impact of you changing can help everyone!

This is true no matter who you lead, or what level you lead at and it starts with the person in the mirror.

Changing yourself can be hard

It can be harder to know what to look for when you look in the mirror - but that’s why coaching can help.

You decide what you want to focus on changing, but you don’t have to work alone, and you have help noticing things that might be easily overlooked.

First notice what is important - comes by increased awareness - often easiest from outside of us!

Catch it, when it occurs - get curious about what happens just before, any emotions, are you choosing a response or simply reacting.

Use the data objectively - remove judgement - focus on what is from a distance or dissociated perspective

Make an intentional decision about what you will do next time you notice.
